WE do not host, provide, archive, store, distribute or stream media of any kind on our website. WE do not own, manage, control, run, maintain or have any access to the servers or entity involved in indexing/telecasting media of any kind. We at everythingstreaming.ca do not stream any of the live IP channels, all channels are third party links available on the internet. We have no association with any of the IP channels shown or any of these products. TV channels and video content of the services are being provided without any liability from us regarding copyrights. Per our knowledge all channels provided by the server sellers abide by all relevant countries copyright laws and any copyright issues must be taken up directly with the server owners, everythingstreaming.ca does not take any liability as to what is aired on the servers and everythingstreaming.ca have NO control over the servers or streams.
All sales final. There is no return or refund once the product was purchased except in the case of a
defective product as noted below. Returned items (with a R.O. #) for waranty must be in original, new
condition with all parts, manual(s), cables and original packaging.
When you place an order for subscription and if the account is not activated yet, you may get a refund. i
the subscription has been activated, there will be no refund.
Boxes may be updated at no additional cost within 30 days of purchase (or date product is delivered).
After 30 days standard fees are applicable.
Shipping costs are additional (hardware portion only) All updates by appointment only.
Digital/electronic services provided are deemed all sales final. No returns, no redund allowed even if
cancelled.
Updates, set up services are deemed completed when the unit is picked up by the customer. should an
app require a new update within 7 days it will be provided at no charge.
Physical (android boxes, remotes etc) may include a manufactures limited waranty that may allow for
returns or repairs. Please ask for details. In all cases shipping and handling is the responsibility of the
customer and all items requiring service and adjustment must be approved prior to return.
All new Smart TV boxes may be brought in one time within 30 days (by appointment only) for a factory
reset and new programing at no charge.
